From the developers behind the Chiltern Firehouse and St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Manhattan Loft Gardens is a 42-storey building that comprises loft apartments, two restaurants, a bar and a design hotel in East London. For this project, I commissioned the tableware for Allegra restaurant and The Stratford Brasserie, each with a unique feel and food offering, but both set within interiors designed by Space Copenhagen. I worked alongside chefs Patrick Powell and Ben Harrington to design and develop pieces crafted by UK-based ceramicists and wood workers and sourced cutlery, glassware and table linens.
